Inspections

Proactive roof inspections are performed by our in-house roof technicians and sales team to provide you with an accurate and detailed assessment of your current roof system. All inspections include a condition/photo report with detailed maintenance, repair or replacement recommendations.

Service Department

Jottan maintains an industry leading Service Department that provides 24/7/365 leak or damage response within a 120 mile radius of our Corporate office in Delran, NJ. All of our service vehicles are equipped with GPS locators so that we can dispatch the closest service technician in emergency situations. To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide before and after photographic documentation of all repair work.

Repair and Replacement

If the current life of your roof has run out and a repair or replacement is needed, Jottan's Sales and Estimating departments can provide you with a detailed proposal to fit your short or long-term goals and warranty requirements. Our in-depth presentation will provide you with accurate and detailed information about your current roof and the repair or replacement options available to you so that you can make an educated decision.

Preventative Maintenance

Scheduled preventative roof maintenance extends the life of your roof and saves on larger costly repairs minimizing life cycle costs. I need to tell you how pleasant working with your roofing team was. Your sales rep was easy to talk to and was pleasant to be with as I showed him all that I wanted to accomplish. As the other bidders were coming in I had many questions and your team was very patient and came out many times as we adjusted, changed and modified the specs. The project was full of major concerns due to the proximity of the building which sits along the FAA aircraft ramp, being next to the US Coast Guard Facility and not far from the Atlantic City International Airport runway. Brian was very attentive to the concerns that we had such as: trash debris, the removal of flammables from the roof at the end of each workday, making nightly tie-ins to prevent leaks and dealing with varying wind conditions that were encountered, these were just to name a few.
